Good, not as much flavour as I would have liked. My husband still coated it in hot sauce. I know I have a winner when he doesn't. May try it again without the poultry seasoning and possibly something else.

This was a great recipe for pork chops in the crock pot. Loved it and would definitely make it again!

Not my favorite pork chop recipe. Seemed a little tasteless and bland. The meat was very tender but I probably will not try this again.

Very tasty dish, served with brown rice and veggies. The sauce went great with it and the pork was sooooo tender!

Pretty good recipe - I thought it was a bit oily, though, even though I added only a quarter of the oil suggested. I don't really think any oil is needed at all.

Very good recipe - made the house smell terrific all day. The only thing I would change is to use a little less olive oil. Otherwise, very tasty and I will make it again.

Awesome recipe. I cut it down for a two chop meal. The house smelled amazing within a half hour. One nice little addition I threw in--I tossed a few chunky chopped mushrooms in with near to an hour and a half left. They were awesome and perfectly cooked. A real nice accent--served it up with some oven roasted fries and veggies. The fries were great in the seasoned juice from the chops. Really. Top notch.

This was a great recipe for pork chops. With the leftover sauce in the crock pot I whisked in some cornstarch & a little flour and it served as a tasty gravy! I served it with mashed potatoes, so the gravy worked out perfect.

My hubby and I loved these. They were a nice change from our regular slow cooker pork chops. Nice flavor; very very tender. Only change I made was to leave out the oregano. The basil was enough for us.

They were good, but too much paprika!! I used twice the amount of chicken broth and half the amount of oil. Next time I will use half the amount of paprika.

My husband said this is a "make-again!" It was easy and convenient in the slow cooker. The only thing I'll change next time is to use less oil. Thanks.

This recipe was okay, but not great. I loved that it was so quick to prepare, but would cut the poultry seasoning in half or leave it out entirely. It over powered the taste of everything else. The pork chops were moist, and like most slow cooker meat very very tender. I'd make it again, but with the change I mentioned about the seasoning.

This was super simply to put together and turned out fork tender and delicious. A few reviewers I noted had tough chops - be sure you are using thick cut shops - it makes all the difference in the world. Thanks for sharing - these were fabulous!

Wonderful flavors are bursting in my mouth as I reveiw this recipe! Outside of recalculating for the 3 thick boneless chops I had, I followed the recipe to a tee + added approximately a 1/2 cup of some leftover sauerkraut. I cooked mine on high for one hour, low the next, high again the next & back to low for the final hour. Switched the setting over to keep warm while I made some buttred garlic egg-free noodles and french style green beans. The chops came out absolutley juicy and tender as promised but, a little too salty for my liking so next time, I'll omit the salt to season the chops. Oh yeah, I added all the ingredients to the crockpot to avoid making an unneccessary dish and, I browned the chops very lightly before adding them to the pot. Everyone really needs to give this recipe a try!!! Thanks Bunches 4 Posting It!

Loved it!! Great taste and very easy. I will reduce, and maybe eliminate, the oil next time. Thicken the liquid with some corn starch for gravy. It goes great with some mashed potatoes or rice.

The reason this is five star is because the amount of work is so small for such a great payoff. The taste is excellent (don't add the oil or reduce significantly because you don't need it and it doesn't really need any extra salt). The meat turns out very tender and it is so easy. My kids and husband, I am feeding 5 boys, like it best when I make a gravy out of the sauce (just make extra sauce, a quick roux and add some milk) and serve it up with mashed potatoes, corn, carrots, etc. Also great with rice and vegetables. As other reviews mention you can change it up a lot with good results.

Shoulder chops browned and only cooked for 4 hrs were dry. Flavor was not impressive. I would guess that only well marbled chops with fat would be more tender.
