This was a bit oily and "too herby" for my taste. It was very very tender, pulled right off the bone. Next time I think I'll experiment with the spices a bit to get the taste I like.

Awesome flavor, a break from the typical chops. Extremely tender. Next time I will put the sauce over rice as it was so tasty. Thanks for this easy recipe!

Made this today for the husband. Served it with home made mashed potatoes and some steamed asparagus. We both enjoyed it. This is the second time I have made it. The first time actually came out way better though. They were a little dry today.

Had this last night. My 19 year helped me with it. He loves to cook. Everyone loved it. Even my picky eater ate 2 chops. My husband said, you don't even need a knife! They want me to keep this recipe forever. It only took 3 1/2 hours on HIGH for it to just want to fall apart. I didn't have any poultry seasonings so I used a chicken rub I had and used 1/2 Tablespoon of that.

This was a great recipe! It was tender and tasty and my husband loved it! I made a few minor alterations to accomodate what I had in the kitchen. I recalculated the recipe to 2 servings and used 2 butterfly cut boneless pork chops. Instead of poultry seasoning, I used Soul Seasoning and omitted the basil. I also used 3/4 can of chicken broth instead of 1/4 can. It was easy and had plenty of sauce for our mashed potatoes! It fell apart when we touched the chops with our fork. Great idea! I never thought to put pork chops in the slow cooker before. I will definitely make this again for our family and will serve it at dinner to others in the future!

Good recipe. I added less oil than called for and enough broth to cover the chops. I added extra amounts of the called-for seasonings near the end of cooking, and added cornstarch to thicken. I cooked thin chops on low for 6 or so hours. No wow factor with this one, but easy and good tasting.

Delish! I didn't use the oil, though, as I'm trying to cut down on fat. I just upped the broth the extra amount and towards the end, I stirred in a little fat free sour cream to make a yummy gravy. These go well with egg noodles, rice or potatoes! Definitely not the ordinary crock pot recipe!

This was simply delicious!! Best ever. I quickly seared the chops in a pan on high heat to get that golden color and taste. I also added another cup of stock per eveyone suggestion. I used bone in chops which made it super rich. I also cooked for 5 hours on high. I will certainly make this again.

Extremely tender! My brother said that we could do away with our knives :-) I didn't have poultry seasoning, so i substituted it with brown onion soup mix. We're having the leftovers tonight and this time I'll team it with spicy brown rice. Thanks for a gr8 recipe!

Pretty good, but I wish I would have cut back on the poultry seasoning because I think it was a tad overpowering. I will definitely make this again and tweak it to suit our personal taste. Thanks for the quick and easy recipe!

I was not pleased with how this recipe turned out. Too oily and the flavors did not mix well for me. I will not be using this recipe again.

Very good. Made recipe as written except I only had pork steaks instead of chops. The smell throughout my house was to die for. They literally melted in our mouths. Thanks for a great recipe!
