Easy and delicious-- picked it out when our local safeway had a sale on london broil. I forgot the tomato soup, though, so I actually just squirted in some ketchup instead...worked out very well, and the leftovers have been great for sandwiches and the like! I think I'll try it again with a few more additives (I saw someone added mushrooms in-- mmm, fantastic idea), but a perfect easy slow-cooker recipe to start with.

Very good and extremely easy. Even my picky girls liked this. I didn't add the onion soup mix, just salt and pepepr. I'll definitely make again.

The tomato soup added a taste that was unusual, but surprisingly good. The only changes I made were adding a good amount of black pepper to season the meat, and instead of using dry onion soup mix, I peeled a red onion and layered the slices on top of the beef. Some other reviewers said the meat came out tough. Not sure why unless it did not cook long enough. My london broil came out fork tender after about 7.5 hours.

We loved this but made a few modifications. Others said it did not make enough gravy so I added a can of beef gravy to the soups. I also added a thinly sliced onion. It was wonderful. It was so easy I will definitely make it again...and again...and again!!

We really liked this recipe. I used london broil and seasoned it with garlic, salt and pepper. I didn’t use the onion soup mix (many felt it was too salty). I used low sodium cream of mushroom and tomato condensed soups. I added chopped onion and baby carrots to the soup mix and poured over beef. Cooked for 7 hours LOW and it fell apart. Served over egg noodles. So easy and would make again.

I made this last night with a top round London Broil (that I had defrosted by mistake, and it was far too big to grill for 2 people). My husband and I both loved it. It was very tender with a great flavor. I added potatoes, carrots, celery and onions to the pot before I put the meat in. We now have delicious, easy to use leftovers. I will definitely make this again!

What an excellent recipe! The meat was so tender, it just fell apart. I only used half a packet of onion soup mix and that was still a little too salty for us. Next time I will add some potatoes to the crock to help absorb the salt content. We loved the gravy so much that I'm thinking about using it as a base for beef stew. Thank you!

Loved this recipe. Was easy and simple to make. London Broil did come out very tender. As someone recommended, I added a bit of red wine and must say the sauce was tasty. I do feel that adding much of the onion soup mix will make it salty. I opted to sprinkle a bit and felt that it was too salty. Than I chose to shave off some of the onion soup mix off the top. If I had not done so, I'm afraid it would have been too overpowering and would have made it too salty. Overall great recipe. Thanks, for I will be making again and again.

For me this recipe was just "ok"...sorry. Ingredients reminded me a lot of my simple, yet amazing Pot Roast, only with the tomato soup. The meat definitely fell apart but I found it to be very, very dry. It certainly wasn't bad...I just wanted it to be better. Probably won't try again.

This recipe is so yummy and easy to make. The first time I made it I didnt have any cans of tomato soup in the house so I used a can of tomato paste. I did not want it to be too thick so I used 2 cans of cream of mushroom instead of 1. Also, I used dried onion flakes instead of onion soup mix so it wouldnt taste too salty. The second time I made this recipe I used 1 can tomato soup and 2 cans cream of mushroom and the dried onion flakes. Surprisingly, I think it came out much better the first time with the tomato paste. Tastes best either way served over rice!

Can't get any easier! I had to use golden mushroom soup b/c of a dairy allergy in the family. Still turned out great! Diluted with just a little water. Served over brown rice.

Usually before I have any company for dinner, I ALWAYS try the recipe FIRST -sticking to the cook what cha know tastes good philosophy. Unexpectedly, my father was in town, whom I must mention, has become a total food snob in his older years. With work, 2 children, and a London Broil in the fridge and having all of the required ingredients I took the risk and tried this recipe. It was AWESOME! My father still talks about how tender the London Broil was and my husband and children request it often. The only variation from the original recipe was (as a reviewer suggested) I added the 1 T red wine vinegar and 1 T Worces. Sauce and to make the use of condensed soup not noticeable at all, 1 hour before serving I sliced a pack of fresh mushrooms right into the crockpot. YUM! I served with mashed potato and salad. Thank-You for the Recipe!

I wish I could give this recipe 4.5 stars. It was definitely delicious, but I try to reserve 5 stars for absolutely amazing dishes. I cooked the London Broil exactly as described only adding a few splashes of Worchestershire. After 9 hours it literally fell apart. I made sandwhiches on low calorie hamburger buns with lettuce, tomato and a smear of low fat mayo. It really hit the spot!

The second time I made this, I didn't have the onion soup mix, so I just threw in some dried minced onion. It was even better than the first time, less salty!!! I added cooked egg noodles to the crock pot half an hour before serving. This is a fantastic weeknight meal with almost no effort!

This is a fabulous way to cook london broil to get it tender. The combo of soups makes a tasty gravy! I love pouring the gravy ans meat over mashed potatoes! Its like an ultimate comfort ford! I wouldn't change a thing about this recipe except to add a little water to make the gravy less thick but its not needed.
