I made this with all of the ingredients listed in the posting. The only change I made is I used only 4 chicken breasts, but kept the other amounts the same to have a saucier chicken. This is no gourmet style meal, but if you're looking for a no-fuss, cheap, and fulfilling meal, this is it! It takes all of 2 min to throw together chicken and soup mix. I prepared some egg noodles and spooned the cheesy chicken over them. Makes a great & simple meal.

Followed suggestions of other reviewers. Used two cans of fiesta cheese soup, one can of crm of cx, and 1/2 c. milk. Used 4-5 cloves of fresh garlic, and lots of italian seasoning. Cut up red/yellow pprs and fresh tomato and threw those on top when there was abt 10 minutes left. Served it with egg noodles. My husband also added garlic salt to his serving. Would make this again.

Didn't care for the flavor. I did vary the recipe, so it isn't exactly as it called for. I used 2 cans cheddar soup and 1 can cheddar broccoli soup. Added 1 bag frozen broccoli. My family gave it mixed reviews.

simple but delicious. I love that it is so easy to add to. I have made as written, I have also added potatoes, and I have also in a pinch added cheddar cheese soup. Chicken is always tender great recipe!

I will make this again. This is a basic recipe, but you really should add some extra to make this really worthwhile. I added frozen broccoli and used one can of cheddar and two cans of cheesy broccoli soup. Spice it up with some salt, pepper and whatever else you like. I found it cooked all up within five hours.

So I followed what everyone else said and cooked with 2 cans of cheddar cheese and 1 can of cream of chicken. Cooked on low for 6 hours and added frozen broccoli 1/2 before it was done. Served it over wide noodles. It was yummy. Kinda reminded me of tuna casserole. Will make again.

Wow this came out great ... I did put salt pepper and garlic powder over chicken first and then put it in the slow cooker. Then i added frozen veggies the last 30 min and it came out so good.

Good jumping off point. ALWAYS use frozen chicken breasts in the slow cooker. They come out so much more moist and tender. I used 1 can of cream of chicken and 1 can of cheddar cheese soup. Added a splash of white wine. Served over brown rice. The 2 men and 1 year old in my house ate it up!!

I hated this recipe. It was too bland for my tastes. I listened to others advice and added a can of cream of chicken soup in addition to the cheddar soups. If I didn't add it, I still don't think I would have liked it. The only reason I am giving it two stars is because my boyfriend did like the recipe. He thought it tasted like chicken and dumplings.

Excellent recipe. Instead of the slow cooker, I baked the chicken breast at 350 for 20 min on each side. It was very tender and juicy.
