I made this yesterday, and we loved it so much, I'm making another pot today! I did double the corn, and it was just perfect. Thank you for a new favorite slow cooker recipe!

This was really good. Like another person said it was really close to Rudy's. I added a little bit more sugar and 1/2 cup of milk so it wasn't so thick. That made it even closer to Rudy's.

Nice make for a crowd dish. Turned out pretty good. The cream cheese flavor is a bit strong, but we liked it that way.

Great creamed corn recipe! Very easy to make and the fact that it's made in the slow cooker is even better. I set mine for 8 hours so that the heat wouldn't be too intense. I think that there was just a bit too much butter. Next time I'll use less. Maybe I'll try decreasing the cream cheese a little too.

We love this recipe, but using the amounts specified barely serves two of us. I have doubled and tripled the recipe, and it has turned out too runny both times. A large crock pot will help thicken it perhaps, as more surface will be exposed. Simple, cheap, and an easy addition to any planned meal.

I added some hot sauce to give it a little kick. This is good. I just thought it needed a little something extra.

I liked this recipe although it isn't my favorite. Definitely stir the corn every now and then, because it does tend to burn on the sides of the crock pot. I like the Corn Pudding 2 recipe on this website better, and it uses less butter so is healthier.

My husband loves creamed corn. I hate it. In the last 20+ years he's had it 3 times. Tonight was the third. And now I really really like it. Never again will I open a can of creamed corn. Didn't alter this recipe at all. Thanks for the post!

My family loves this! I have requests for it all the time since I made it the first time. I grew up with my Gramma making homemade skillet creamed corn so I wasn't as impressed as the rest of my family but apparently if you've not had real, off the cob, skillet made creamed corn this is great! And MUCH easier! LOL.

This was a huge hit at my office pot-luck. I did make some minor modifications: I added a can of diced green chilies. I also used 2 bags corn - one of which I chopped in the food processor to provide a bit more texture. Like other reviewers, I blended cream cheese and milk over the stove before adding to the crock pot with the corn. Delicious!

I've made this for several Thanksgiving dinners and everyone in the family raves about how wonderful it is! My mother-in-law even stole my paper copy of it! For a woman who prides herself in her southern cooking I take that as a complement.

I thought the recipe was very good. I changed it a little by adding 1/2 can of roasted green chiles; two chopped shallots; and two cups shredded ch
