This recipe was okay, but most likely I didn't do something right. I'll gladly try it again.

Absolutely one of the best recipes I've ever made, and it is sooo easy. You can use almost any cut of pork. My husband doesn't love cranberries, so I add a can of cherries in addition to the cranberries. It makes a lot of extra sauce, which is really good as a gravy on other dishes. Today I'm making it with 2 cans of blackberries. Serve with mashed sweet potatoes and roasted green beans; guest worthy and delicious. I served this to a big group at the beach over Thanksgiving week, and it rivaled (exceeded?) the actual Thanksgiving dinner in popularity.

This recipe was just so-so for me. I followed it as directed, except that I used whole cranberry sauce. Slow cookers never really make a good presentation (overcooked, perhaps?), but I appreciate the convenience factor they provide. Maybe next time I'll double the sauce ingredients for more flavor.

I LOVE this recipe! I served it at a dinner party and my guests raved. I used pork butt instead of pork loin (it's cheaper) and it was delicious (slightly fatty but definitely not dry at all). This recipe makes a TON of sauce for gravy and the sweet-tangy flavor really compliments the pork. I followed other users' excellent suggestions to season & sear the meat first and use whole cranberry sauce. I also seasoned the sauce with french onion dip mix (or you could use onion soup mix). I will definitely make this again!

My husband and I thought this smelled excellent when we cooked it, but we were very disappointed with how it tasted when it was done. The meat did not appear to soak up the flavor very well.

This recipie was delicious and incredibly easy. My husband was drooling as soon as he stepped in the door. I was in such a hurry that when I prepared it, I forgot to season the meat as suggested by other reviewers, but it was still great. I added walnuts to the slowcooker about 2 hours into the cooking since I love any kind of nut in just about anything and that was a yummy addition. Highly recommed this recipie!

i made this for the first time yesterday. My husband loved it and I thought it was very good. I doubled the ingredients because my tenderloin was bigger than 3 pounds. I will definitely make again.

this recipe was just OK for me. I would suggest doctoring it up a little with some onion soup mix or other spices as some other reviewers mentioned. It was edible, but I won't make it again.

Not a whole lot of flavor. For us, the cranberry sweetness does not go well with pork. Will never make this again.

EASY PREP & GOOD TASTING! Everybody here enjoyed it! I broke my ankle & am limited in what I can do in the kitchen. I was searching for easy recipes with a few ingredients. With help, I am able to put this one together & spend the least amount of time on my feet... perhaps we should start a new category for those of us with "limited abilities?" As per others suggestions, I did season the pork loin with salt & pepper, then brown the it in a couple tablespoons of olive oil. Placed the sliced onions on the bottom of the cooker, then added the loin. Mixed the French dressing with whole berry cranberry sauce, 1/4 cup water, and poured that over the loin. 5 hrs on low & its done. Let it rest before slicing. I returned the pork back to cooker on Warm setting for 2 hrs & served with baked sweet potatoes sprinkled with brown sugar & cinnamon and a side of corn. NICE! My eight yr old had seconds!

Love this recipe! Cooked pork loin on high for 3 3/4 hours and it was very tender and juicy when finished. The sauce tastes like a bbq sauce. WONDERFUL EASY RECIPE!!!

Yeah, this was alright... I cooked the pork for like 9 hours and was still not very tender... The meat tasted ok and this made a gravy that everyone liked... Thanks.

I loved this! My pork was very tender and juicy, and the sauce was wonderful and very flavorful. I browned my boneless pork loin before I put it in the slow cooker. The only thing i changed was I was out of onions, so I used half a packet of onion soup mix. Oh, and I only cooked my pork on low for about 3 1/2 hours. I then let it rest for about 10 min before I sliced it. I have never cooked pork in the slow cooker for such a short amount of time, but my meat thermometer said it was done. This is the first time my pork did not shred and become dry from the slow cooker. Try browning and cooking your pork less and I am sure you will be happy with the results! This is a good one!!
