This was good. It was easy to prepare and smelled great. My only qualm is that the meat is so expensive that you want a knock you out flavor. This recipe did not give me that. I need more bang for my buck.

Very easy to put together. I served it when we had company and everyone liked it, including my 11 year old daughter!

It was alright. I took other users advice and rubbed salt, pepper, and garlic on it really well. It still came out a little bland. The cranberry sauce did add a fun flavor, but the meat itself needed something more. Then again, I am notoriously picky. My boyfriend and roommate thought it was good. But no one thought it was great.

Cooking time is too long. I checked the temperature after 7 hours on low, and it was over 200º. I would start checking the thermometer after 6 hours.

My husband RAVED about this dish! Says it was one of the best meals he's ever had and to please make it again soon! I followed the suggestions offered by Cookin'NJ and added one of my own. I dissolved the cornstarch in three/four tablespoons of orange juice before adding to cranberry sauce and French dressing. The sauce was just right and the o.j. gave it a little kick.

I used 2.8ish lb skinless/boneless pork tenderloin and mixed 16 oz of cranberry relish (not canned) with French dressing then mixed with a thinly sliced med. size onion. Cooked H for almost 4 hrs until its temp was over 165 degrees. Meat was perfect. This recipe was sooooo easy, and our guests wouldn't stop talking about it! Easily served 4 adults/4 young children.

I tried this but we didn't like it as well as one I have been making for several years. I always season my roast with seasoned pepper and brown it before slow cooking it. Mix 1 can of whole berry cranberry sauce with 1/4 cup of honey, and 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves and 1/4 tsp nutmeg/or cinnamon pour the mixture over the pork roast and cook. I have added carrots and potatoes for a complete meal, or just carrots and serve with mashed potatoes.

My family and I loved this sauce! I did tweek it a little. I simmered the sauce seperately for about twenty minutes or so. To tone down the sweetness from the cranberry sauce, I added a little more french dressing plus salt and pepper. I poured it over pork chops sauteed with onion and let simmer. I can't wait to try it over chicken!

Awesome! I did make some changes. Rubbed the pork with onion powder, garlic powder, salt & pepper. I added one envelope of dry onion soup mix to the bottom of the slow cooker. Added 3 tablespoons of corn starch to the dressing and cranberry sauce (to thicken), poured it over the pork and cooked on low for 8 hours. Yum, yum, yum!!! My husband and children ages 7, 6, and 4 loved it too. Thanks so much for the great idea.

Great for a fall weeknight family meal. The meat, for the most part, was tender and flavorful. It had the look and texture of pulled pork. I used whole cranberry sauce and creamy french dressing, and I rubbed 2 minced garlic cloves onto the meat before putting it into the slow cooker.

I followed this recipe to the tee, except I used a turkey tenderloin. It was okay. To me, the sauce had a strange, ho-hum flavor. Nothing to write home about.
