This is a simple, great recipe. I LOVE cilantro and lime. I grew up in San Diego, eating Mexican food all the time. I use half of the taco seasoning called for (it is a no no when cooking authentic Mexican food. But you can hardly tase it when it is done). I use 1 1/2 times the salsa, 4x the lime, and one whole bunch of cilantro. It ends up super moist. The only reason for giving four stars is for the quantities of ingredients given.
