We really like this a lot! Very easy, and very tasty. I did add black pepper and a bit of garlic powder, but those are flavors we like, so I couldn't help myself. I ended up having to finish cooking it a bit differently. I added the cut-up biscuits when I got home from work. It became apparent that they were going to take longer than I expected. It was getting late, and we didn't want to wait much longer. So I took off the layer of biscuits, poured the chicken mixture into a casserole dish, and placed the biscuits back on top. I then put it in the oven at 375 degrees. They finished cooking pretty quickly. I think next time I make it, I will put it in a casserole dish and put the biscuits on top, and put it in the oven. I don't think I will try putting them in the slow cooker. I am sure it works fine if you have the time, but it just doesn't work out for me with the time I get home, and when I would like to eat. I also needed more liquid. I used the two cans of soup, and as some others suggested, used chicken broth instead of water. I used one can of broth. But I would probably add a can of water, too, next time. It seemed like there was enough liquid, but once I added the biscuits, they seemed to soak up some of the liquid. Thanks for a great recipe to add to my rotation.
