I'm a good ol' southern girl who loves Chicken & Dumplins but never have the time to make them (or the counter space). So, when I saw this recipe I had to try it. VERY EASY and really good. I used chicken tenderloins. I will defintely make this again!

This tasted WUNDERFUL after a day of not feeling well! However, I used a chicken broth instead of water, and I must have a small crock pot, as a 10-count pkg. of biscuits was all it could hold.

This was very good considering how quick and easy it was. I added carrots, celery and peas to liven it up a little. Beware: my dumplings took over 1 hour to cook on high!

This is a very good and easy recipe although I took the advise of the previous reviewers and added the dumplings earlier and cooked them for 1 hour and it turned out perfectly, I will definatley cook this again and pass this recipe on to friends and family
