Made this for a couple of years now with great results everytime. Love it as is however, so as not to grow tired of it (we make it a lot), I replace the chili and black beans with only white beans, add a jar of salsa, and mix sour cream into the soup. For toppings we like cilantro and baked tortilla shells cut into strips.

This was so good. So easy. Full of flavor. This is a keeper. Can't wait to make again. I didn't make any changes. Cooked exactly as written.

Open some cans, toss them in a crock pot, add seasoning and chopped onion, toss in chicken, turn on before you go to work, shred chicken when you get home and WALA! Easiest tastiest soup EVER! Thanks for sharing!

This was such a hit in my family. My boyfriend who didn't want to try it because it has "beans" in it (picky), loved it.

Absolutely delicious. I uses chicken broth rather than beer and it turned out wondeful. This will be one of our favorite soups.

Loved Loved Loved it!!! My husband loved it so much he ate the left overs a couple of days later and he never eats left overs. We also used the left overs for more of a dip by adding a lot of shredded cheese and sour cream it was really good too!!!

Perfection! I use chicken broth instead of beer, and I prefer to cook and shred the chicken beforehand instead of letting the chicken cook in the broth and having to pull it out later to shred. But other than that, make it exactly as directed. So easy to throw into the crockpot at the beginning of the day and have a great meal waiting for the family by dinnertime.

Thought this recipe was awesome! Of course me being extremely picky, didn't add onions or the tomatoes, but followed the recipe and then added an extra can of beans (kidney). Some people stated that it was spicy but it wasn't spicy at all...I even added adobe seasoning and it wasn't even close. This would be great to bring to a potluck at work!

Yummy and easy! Only change was to saute onions first, then combine everything. Cooked on stovetop due to lack of time and it was great!

Sooooo good! For those of us who live in areas of Canada or other countries that don't carried diced tomatoes with green chilies I have a suggestion for substitution. Add a cup of salsa (homemade is best). Works like a charm! :)
