Very good. Added mushrooms and a touch of water. Used lower fat cream cheese and low fat/sodium soup. I can't imagine using full sodium soup...it would have been too salty. I'd like to add other veggies but I"m not sure what wold work.

This was really good and easy too. The Italian dressing was a very important ingredient.

This the winner of two chicken dinners - glad I went for it. I added chicken broth, and didn't have cream cheese, so substituted 1/2 sour cream. And I also added 1/2 cup of chopped bell pepper in the beginning. Lovely over miniature bow tie pasta. Will definitely make this again. Yum-yum!

This was very tasty. Just be sure not to overcook the chicken or it gets too mushy.

Very simple recipe. It is tasty, but very rich; I had to thin it out a bit with skim milk because it is very thick if you follow the recipe exactly. Next time I make it, I'll do a low fat version (which is what I originally intended), with low fat cream of chicken soup, low fat cream cheese, or neuchatel. I wanted to follow exactly the first time to see how it would turn out, and how I could improve upon it. Overall, it was pretty good. I used fettucine pasta instead of the suggested rice.

This wasn't bad, but I did find this recipe too rich and too salty. If I make this again, I will add my own seasoning rather than using the soup mix, and use half the amount of cream cheese, adding some low fat sour cream instead.

this was incredibly salty.. i used the italian dressing mix recipe thats on this site that one user suggested using and i think thats what did it.. the salty stuff didnt want to mix with the non salted such as the oregano and so forth... i might make this again but i'll be modifying it quite a bit... also i didnt like how dry the chicken came out, the texture of it was too canned soupy.. maybe next time i make it i do it on the stove top instead of in the slow cooker...

We followed the recipe as given, and it was wonderful. Wouldn't change anything. Mashed potatoes and a veggie and you have a great meal!

I love this recipe for being oh-so easy. After reading previous reviews, I decided to follow the recipe as-is as far as the liquids were concerned. My fellow reviewers were right on with the lovely roasted-chicken flavor that results. Just as a personal preference, I think this recipe should call for some freshly-cracked pepper just to give it a little zing. Served over No Yolk noodles, it was good meal!

Ok so first let me admit that I very LOOSELY followed this recipe but it was a great base to my tasty creation. So heres what I did; I started with 2 b/l s/l ck breasts cut into bite size pieces. In a deep skillet I added 2T butter, 1/4 chopped onions, 2T garlic and the chicken. I browned the chicken and set aside. With the skillet still hot I added enough chicken broth to remove the ck bits then added the crm of ck soup ,4oz of cream chz & 1/2 pack of Italian dressing mix then reduced the heat to low-med (4 on an electric stove) and simmered. I added 1 pkg of spinach and simmered for a total of 15min (Stir often). I served over egg noodles. It was GREAT!!

A little too rich for us, but a good, quick supper when needed.

This is one of the best slow cooker recipes I have tried. My picky kids loved the chicken before adding the sauce. I added frozen peas and served over egg noodles.

i made this recipe exactly as stated, and it came out awesome, the chicken was sooooo tender!!I made broccili as a side dish, and sprinkled a little parmesan cheese on mine cause not everyone likes it, all i have to say is try it with the cheese, so good!

I made this for dinner one evening and my husband loved it. The dried Italian seasoning added such a great flavor. I followed the recipe exactly and will certainly make it again. Mary

Fantabulous! This was SUPER easy and pleased everyone from 22 mo to 34 yrs! I think that everyone had seconds. I did make a few simple changes, I used reduced fat cream cheese and reduced fat cream of chicken soup. I also used chicken tenders instead of breasts. Pretty darn good, and it didn't taste a bit like "low-fat" typically does. 2 thumbs way up!
