"Super easy slow cooker version of a traditional Thai favorite!"

1 (16 ounce) package
skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into chunks
chopped fresh cilantro
grated fresh ginger
lime, zested and juiced
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 (8 ounce) package
sliced fresh mushrooms
red bell pepper, chopped
yellow bell pepper, chopped
chopped snow peas
1 (12 ounce) package
chopped fresh cilantro, or to taste
Just ok. Too much work for this dish.
I can't rate this too well since I had to take out the nuts due to allergies, but all in all, I thought they still turned out pretty good! Unfortunetely, because it was a lot of prep time and not a lot of time in the actual crock pot, I couldn't leave the house like I wanted.
