A solid four as written, 4.5 with changes. Added coconut milk, handful of cilantro, hot pepper, chicken stock, and curry powder midway through for more flavor. Still feel something could make this a 5-maybe more tomatoes? Also added celery, green pepper, and squash for more color/health. Used chicken breast meat and turned out moist-done at 5 hour mark cooking at high. Thanks for sharing recipe-will be making again!
