I made this for Thanksgiving, I used saltines (I forgot to buy the correct crackers) and doubled the recipe and used fresh broccoli instead of frozen. Everyone raved about it. I'm making it again for a Christmas party this weekend. Thanks for the great recipe!

I love, love, love this! As in, eat a bowl of this for my dessert! My husband however says the broccoli is too soft.

This was so good, I did use cream of mushroom soup and vegetables crackers instead. I actually made this for a bbq. It was 90 degrees outside and didnt want to turn the oven on..This was so easy.

I used the crushed up croutons that were garlic & herb seasoned as another review indicated. I forgot the onion so I sprinkled onion powder on it. Because I did not have enough time to wait for it to be cooked in the crock pot, I put in 350 degree oven and covered it with tin foil and baked it for 50 minutes. It was perfect and a new addition to my recipe book for side dishes. This is a winner!

Made this for Christmas first time out and everyone loved it! We are a very down to earth family so looks weren't that important. Kids have already asked for it again. That makes it a keeper in our home.

I was not impressed. I believe it did not turn out well because it was cooked too long. The ingredients and flavors all just mushed together.

Found this dish to really be lacking. Was okay not great! Although adding some onions, black pepper, garlic, and paprika that saved this dish from being very mediochre.

I tried this recipe for thanksgiving, It was not as good as I expected it had no taste and the crackers just made it extremly mushy. I recommend adding a lil salt and less crackers. I thought this dish would of been a good different side dish for thanksgiving.

I made this for potluck at the office..since I tripled the recipe I used 2 cans of cream of broccoli soup and one broccoli cheese. I also use crushed croutons instead of the crackers. Very good, very easy...am making it again for a Xmas part
