Pretty Easy. A good way to use up leftover breads. I used a couple slices raisin bread, a couple hamburger buns and 2 slices white bread.
(A little extra cinnamon too, because I love the aroma as it cooks). To make the topping a little more interesting a handful of large flake oatmeal was sprinkled on top,(which resulted in a lovely crunch)
Final hint...I took the lid off the crockpot after the first hour and finished cooking the final hour lid-less, which helped the top to be firm and crunchy, instead of soft and soggy. Will definitely do this recipe again.
