I had already bought all the ingredients before I read the reviews so I went ahead and made this. It is NOT good. I am used to a sweeter Thai sauce and should have been tipped off when the only sweet ingredient was the peanut butter, no coconut milk, etc. My family ate it but I will NEVER make it again.

This was okay- I doctored up the sauce with a little honey, sriracha, and extra ckn broth. Not sure if I will make it again. Just okay.

It was fine, a little on the bland side. Salt to taste helped. Wasn't as sweet as I thought it would be, but I used old-fashioned peanut butter. Had it with instant brown rice, which went well.

This is an easy & good meal, my husband even enjoyed a slow cooker meal. Great for a cold winters night. This meal can really warm you up!

Different and delicious. I even prepared additional meals in large gallon freezer bags. Now I just pull out a freezer bag and cook it on slow for 10 hours, following step 4 on the day of cooking.

This is the worst thing I have ever made. I couldn't even make my family eat it! We love Thai food and this tastes nothing like Thai. Sorry. I should have listened to the other reviews. I guess I know for next time anwyay.

NOt a favorite. Bummer since I took all the time in prep. The Peanut butter made it pasty and bland - needed more flavor. Won;t make it again.

I really enjoyed this recipe. I would have like the peanut sauce to be a bit sweeter though. I did not add the peanuts on top as a garnish either

My husband liked this, I hated it. I used low-salt soy sauce and coconut milk instead of chicken stock, but I still found it salty. The sauce was overpowered by the cumin, I couldn't taste the peanut butter.

This is a great recipe although a bit salty. It was excellent served over white rice and super easy to make. I will for sure make this recipe again!

This dish has a very unusal flavor. I have never had much Thai food so I don't really know exactly what it is like, but this was very different. The first few bites neither my husband or I liked it. The peanut butter and the lime togther was an odd combination. After the first few bites though it was good. A great change of pace. I will make this agian, but not very often.

The flavor was not what I was expecting it to be. All I could taste was the red pepper flakes and all of the other flavors got lost. I wouldn't make this again.

Unusual dish! After reading the many conflicting reviews I had to make it. I followed others suggestions and cut the cumin down to 1/2 tbsp. and peanut butter to 1/2 cup. I also added extra soy sauce. I thought it was very good and was not put off by the scent or color. Afterall, it is a peanut butter based sauce. I did add additonal steamed veggies as we are low carb people and avoid rice. Will definitely make this again.

This was just ok. The idea behind thai food is to balance sweet, salty and spicy and this dish lacked the sweet part. I added some honey, substituted half the say sauce with fish sauce and instead of chicken stock I used coconut milk.

I found this very tasty - OK, not as fabulous as at a Thai gourmet restaurant, but it's a crock pot recipe, for goodness sakes! The KEY is not to omit the garnishes (cilantro, peanuts, and green onions), and I added a lot of additional lime after I dished up each serving.
