Super good. We added a few red and green peppers since we had them. This was fast and tasty.

My mom used to make Sloppy Joe's whenever we had company coming to stay with us. After she passed away nobody could find her recipe and we all resorted to using Manwich. This recipe is identical to the one my mom used to make and I am so happy to have it. Thank you for posting it.

these were really good! Even my 9 year old picky eater liked them! I didn't have worcestershire sauce so I added soy sauce instead.

This recipe is as fabulous as it is easy. My son is a hard to please guy and he really loved these sandwiches! I used to buy Manwich sauce - not anymore!

My boyfriend loved this! I used a tad less brown sugar than specified and came out perfect. This is my new favorite sloppy joe recipe, definitely a keeper!

Awesome! This tasted so good. I made this last minute to serve to my picky kids and they LOVED it! I wasn't going to eat it myself but it tasted to delicious I couldn't resist...so much for my diet. I did take some pointers and added 1 tsp chili powder and 1 tsp vinegar. It certainly was quick and easy. I will definitely be making this again soon. It feels good to know what is going into the sauce versus buying some weird goop in a can at the grocery store. LOVE IT!!!

This was the best sloppy joe recipe ever! I wasn't sure if my husband would like it because it was so sweet, so I added a bit of red pepper flakes to it for some kick! It was great. Sweet but spicy as well. It went over very well with the family and it freezes well too!

I have made this recipe on lots of occasions and it never fails, very yummy and easy. I use fresh garlic and salt vs. the garlic powder & salt. My whole family loves it and so did everyone at my son's birthday party! Much less expensive than the canned sloppy joe mixes and a lot better too!!

Mmm...these are the best sloppy joes that I have ever made. They are sweet and tangy. The sauce is very thick and rich. I added a little cayenne pepper because we like spicy food. I will be cooking these up often.

Made this tonight- it was DELISH! I doubled the recipe and ran out of ketchup so I added 1/4 bbq sauce to it (old stand by- Open Pit hickory flavor) and it turned out great! I also added some chopped green pepper because I had it on hand, and cut the brown sugar to 1/2. I will definitely make this again, love the fact that all of the ingredients are pretty much staples.
