I used ground turkey and one whole red pepper. I made no other changes. My husband liked this okay, but my kids were the real fans. They thought the idea of this (sloppy joes in little biscuit bowls) was a great idea. I would use this idea again but use a different sloppy joe sauce next time. NO leftovers.
