Lots of modifications: I used a large jar of sloppy joe prepared sauce, one teaspoon of garlic, one half chopped bell pepper, and I poured prepared bisquick (made with milk and 2 eggs) on top of the cheese mixture instead of using prepared biscuits. Good recipe for the young ones :) thanx.

This was very easy to make and it was yummy! I added a can of chili beans and I will do that again next time. My husband and son both loved dinner tonight, thank you for the recipe!

This was a wonderful recipe! Of course folks love to do their own thing and Im no exception. I used 2 canned Sloppy Joe sauce and happened to have the leftover Summer Corn Salad from this site that I had made for a BBQ. It was a hit but I made alot. Into the mix it went after rinsing the dressing. Topped with cheese and can o bisquits and wala! A yummy more healthful choice with fresh veges added!

I also added a can of chili beans to this and it was wonderful. I only had frozen biscuits and I would not use those again. The bottoms did not quite get baked, but using refrigerated biscuits, it would work wonderful!
