Very good... tastes a lot like Krystal's little burgers once I added mustard and more cheese! BTW, to the user below who mentioned White Castle, have you never gone to Krystal's in Alabama? They taste much better than White Castle!!!

Absolutely delish! I used the small hawaiian buns and put a very small amount of mustard on the bun. Definitely close to the tast of a White Castle.

Pretty good though I found the meat mixture didn't really stick together very well. Made the burger making process a bit messy but overall the end result was good. Note - I used non-fat Greek yogurt as a substitute for mayo to cut down on the fat

First, I halved the recipe. Skipped the onion soup mix (we do not care for it), added some finely chopped onion and green peppers to the meat. Some other reviewers remarked that there was too much mayo, so I just added a bit at time until the mixture looked okay. Used the Hawaiian Sweet Rolls, I think these really made this dish. Everyone loved them, thanks for sharing.

Delicious little burgers. I used Quorn in place of ground beef, Hellman's Light Mayo, and 2% cheddar cheese. 5 Weight Watchers PointsPlus per burger.

Good alternative to the burger patty. Just didn't love it.
