I made this minus the vodka for one of my high school classes and it was not only difficult but unappealing. You have to buy really ripe, large limes because they are extremely hard to get the pulp out and cut otherwise... After putting in the jello I kept the lime halves in the fridge for 2 hours, and they were impossible to cut. The lime completely overpowered the flavor of the jello.. In fact, it kind of stung a little on my mouth because it was too intense. I spent an hour preparing this for nothing. Perhaps the alcohol version is better because all the reviews I've seen are pretty positive, but I'll never know. I do not recommend this at all.
