I was looking for a slaw that didn’t have sugar and this fit the bill. I doubled the recipe and I admit I didn’t measure all the ingredients exactly but it worked out fine. I would have preferred a little acid in the recipe but this was nice for a change.

I used the pre-packed coleslaw mix and made exactly as stated except I added red onion instead of green peppers. It's very good and the hot sauce gives it a great little kick. And I love that there is no sugar added!! (great for me who is watching carbs.)

This was really good. I added a little agave nectar for sweetness and also added some black pepper.

I am not much of a slaw eater, but this was wonderful! It's easy, delicous, and now, the only way I make slaw. And since there are only two of us here, it comes in quite handy.
