Very good and very easy to make. I lowered the fat by using fat free shredded cheddar. The overall taste was good, but my bf and I both felt like it needed something to make it perfect, perhaps some fresh garden tomatoes diced on top. We will have to wait until summer to try, but we look forward to making this again.

This is a very nice recipe. I didn't use the lemon-pepper seasoning as I couldn't find it for some reason. I should give a fair warning that it is not as ooey gooey and tasty like the original full-of-fat quiche, but for a skinny version, this is really good. I threw in some garlic flakes too.

This was very good. I loved that I didn't have to use a piecrust. Very quick, easy and tasty. (I did have to cook longer than stated in recipe... I had to let it bake for 40 minutes, then let sit for 10.) My husband and 16 year-old son liked it also. I will make this again!
