This was a very good side dish. I was looking for a recipe to use potatoes and yellow squash from the garden. My whole family loved it!

Fantastic. I'm giving it the honorary (and imaginary) AR sixth star. I think what took it over the edge for me was letting the onion carmelize and letting the potatoes brown and crisp up a bit prior to adding the squash. I did add zucchini as well as yellow squash as that is what I had on hand, and sliced the onion instead of chopping it. Superb. Thanks!

Although the squash and potato do make a good combo, I thought the dish needed more flavor. The paprika did not do it for me.

My husband loved it! Even my kids who balk at squash ate it up. I think I cut the potatoes too thin because they all stuck to the bottom. I'll try them thicker next time.

Thanks for this easy, delicious side dish. It's easy and delicious just as it is. Yesterday, I had a couple of roma tomatoes I needed to use, so I quartered and added them to the mix. Not only was it delicious, it added a splash of color to our plates.

Excellent side dish or even a hearty light supper. I used fresh thyme for seasoning instead of paprika.

Really good! I used a combination of yellow summer, and zuchini squash, and the flavors blended nicely. My family really enjoyed it.

This recipe is so good. I have made it three times in the past month. My boyfriend even likes it a bunch. Adding paprika really brings out the flavor. I actually have this recipe committed to memory now and will continue to fix on a routine basis. Also, I did not have onions on hand the latest go around so i used green onions - adds a bit of color and the taste is great.
