This was delicious! My husband and picky children loved it ! It was a tad salty adding the salt along with the 3 cubes bouillon. I will probably cut the salt in half the next time I make it. The time was innacurate. It took more like 75 mins until the potatoes were tender enough. Nonetheless....great dish~!!!

Wow! I made this for the first time tonight and it was fantastic! I did substitute chicken broth for the beef because I had run out of beef and didn't realize it until it was too late. I also garnished with fresh parsley. My husband said it was the best pork chop recipe he's ever had. Thanks so much for posting!

We were really anxious to try this after reading so many positive reviews and even made a special trip to the market to get all of the right ingredients so it could be be prepared without any substitutions. I hate to say it, but to us it was just a very basic meat and potato recipe with very little flavor. Not quite sure how you might want to "punch it up" a bit. Doubtful we will do it again....sorry.

Made this last nite for company. Fabulous pork chops. Everyone happy. Followed recipe closely - only had to use idaho potatoes no yukon golds in the store. Willcertainly add this to my list of tasty and economical meals.

Simply said, absolutely delicious. The pork chops were sooo moist and all the flavors blended so well together. I added some mushrooms for some additional flavor. My husband said don't change a thing. Thanks for Sharing

What an excellent one skillet meal. I too sauteed the onions in butter, removed them and then followed the recipe exactly, except no salt. After 25 minutes it was done. I removed the meat, potatoes and onion from the pan and used a little cornstarch to thicken the juices in the pan to use as gravy over the meal. My husband had his doubts looking at it, but ended up having seconds.

This was easy and delicious. It practically cooked itself, and the potatoes with the sauce it made were fabulous!

I made this dish last night for my mother and it was really good. She did not find it too salty, but I would cut down the salt next time.

I was afraid this recipe would be too bland, but was pleasantly surprised by its flavor. The parm cheese gives it a nice zip. We are not normally big fans of pan cooked pork chops (because they dry out so easily), but these were very moist and tender. It's a "keeper"!

We whipped this up last night and I can only say that it was outstanding. Made no changes other than that we used Irish new potatoes.Served it with a little salad on the side. Brilliantly simple.

I really enjoyed this. Super easy to make using the food processor for the potatoes and onions and the smell was wonderful while it cooked. I'll be making this one again!

Absolutely five stars! I like to fix new recipes so I seldom fix the same one more than once.... this is one that I will fix often 'cause it's REALLY good!! You don't need a knife to cut the meat, it just pulls apart with your fork and it's really moist... and the potatoes and onions are great!

Awesome! I added about 1/4 cup of extra water to the beef cubes and steamed dumplings over the sauce during the last 15 min of cooking, and added a little more parm cheese...... absolutely delicious. Thank You!
