I gave this 4 stars because I didn't follow the recipe ecactly. I forgot to flour the chops and just browned them in olive oil. I also put the onions under the pork chops and sauteed them. This was a DELICIOUS recipe! Will make again and again.

The best pork chops I've ever made! So tender and moist. Followed recipe, next time might go lighter on the onions (personal taste)

Juicy and tasty. It was fairly easy but my crusting came off a bit in the skillet.

This recipe is a good inspiration! I change a little though as I prefer to bake the pork chop in the oven. I marinated the meats for 10 minutes with beef bouillon, garlic & onion powder before coating them with flour & browning them in the skillet. It gave a better taste. With the potatoes, I mixed the potatoes, onion and rest of beef bouillon in the bowl before pouring at the meat before sprinkle it with parmesan cheese. The meat & potatoes are moist, tender & have good taste. I think it’s a little bit too salty but my husband & even my son said they love it. Thank you!

I thought this was just ok, though my husband loved it. I will definitely make it again, though next time I will skip the flour part as another cook suggested. The nice part is that it was all done in one pan, which I did love, so clean up was easy.

I added mushrooms. It tasted good but the colours were all a bit dark and lifeless. Definitely needs something on the plate with colour.

Very good but I would remove the potatoes and chops when done and thicken the gravy the next time I do this.

I really loved this meal. My husband doesn't like onions but it gives the pork chops a really great flavor. I would recommend checking the pork chops 1/2 way through cooking to make sure they don't stick to the bottom of the pan.

WONDERFUL!!!!! My husband and I simply love this dish... my only changes were 2 boullion instead of 3 and I just eye balled the cheese as to what looked good tossed in. Perfect in every other way... I would give it more stars if I had the option.

this was excellent I did change this because it did not have pork chops so I used chicken breast. I browned the chicken on both sides then followed with the same ingredients but used chick broth instead of beef it was wonderful

Made this last night and it tasted good. Was not hard at all, very simple. I did not have any potatoes so I made rice. Turn out just fine.

Fantastic dish! The pork chops were very juicy and tender. I followed the recipe exactly, but would make some changes the next time. I thought the dish was too salty for my taste, so the next time I would omit the extra salt and only use one or two at the most of the beef bouillon cubes.

This is my first review since joining last year. My husband is a big pork chop lover, but me.. not so much. He really loved this recipe and said it was really good through out dinner. He said it was definitly a keeper. I thought it was good too for pork chops). I will make this again. Good flavor and very tender pork. I left out the onions because the don't agree with me. All and all a good recipe. Next time I might add some other veggies.

This is a terrific recipe! I made this last week but discovered I was out of pork chops, so I used boneless chicken breasts- my family loved it! Only complaint was not enough potatoes and onions. I made this again last night, with pork chops this time, and increased the amount of potatoes and onions and my family was very happy! This is a quick, easy, delicious recipe and will become a staple in our house! Thanks for sharing!

This was one of the best recipes that I have gotten from Allrecipes. I had never cooked with Yukon Gold potatoes before and they were excellant. I used "breakfast" pork chops and they came out very tender. The meal seemed like a crockpot dinner but was done on the stove and in record time! As my four year old daughter would say "Enjoy"!

Great recipe. I seasoned my chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and tony chacheres for a couple of hours just to give extra flavor. The chops came out very juicy and tender. This will be a staple for chops.

Great recipe! A little on the salty side- next time I will just use one buillion cube, and again, not use any extra salt. I also sauteed the onion in some butter until semi-transparent with 1 clove of minced garlic and a small can of mushroom pieces. I added it to the recipe when called for. The chops came out perfect! THANK YOU!

I made this for my boyfriend and 2 brothers. The pork chop was nice and not dry, but not much flavoring to them. I may try and make it again and see how it comes out again.

My husband really like this recipe and I liked the ease of preparation. The pork chops are very tender. It did need to cook for longer than 40 minutes, more like an hour or so for the potatoes to be tender.Next time, however, I will marinate the chops before hand for a little more flavor.
