This is one of my favorite recipes! I leave out the onions though and because I didn't have the Yukon Gold potatoes on hand, I used red potatoes and they were great! Thanks!

This was very good, and it was easy to make. I only had to simmer for about 30 minutes before the potatoes were done. I also only used 2 bouillon cubes and it was just right, would have been too salty with 3.

I've made this twice now & we've loved it both times. I prepare it exactly as stated in the recipe and I think it's great. I also love it because it couldn't be easier. My picky husband & 2 year old are fans also. This is a permanent addition to my dinner rotation.

this was so very good. i used too thick porkchops so they didn't tenderize as much, beware. i substituted one of the yukon golds with a yam because i love them with pork. the potatoes under the chops became so nicely crispy and a little charred, yummmmmmm. for sure a keeper.

The pork chops were wonderful, I took the advice from others and used 2 beef cubes. BUT THE POTATOES i think i simmered them for almost 2 hours and they were still not done. I had to feed the family so made some rice instead.

This is a really tasty recipe, it had a nice Parmesany taste with nice crispy potatoes at the bottom. Definitely would make again, just not for company as it has an odd look to it.

This is delicious! I tripled the recipe for our family of 10 and used my large electric skillet. The cooking time was still just right. Everyone loved it. I will definitely use this again.

I would have absolutely no problem making this dish for company. It was so easy and it tastes wonderful. I did use 1 onion and 2 bouillion cubes because I had only 3 pork chops. Such great flavor and a great recipe for "cooks" who doubt themselves in the kitchen!!!

This was really good. I still like our recipe that has saurkraut and tomatoes and onions on top of the pork chops better because of the flavor, but this was a good change up. I browned the pork chops and then put everything in a baking dish and put it in the oven for an hour at 350 degrees. I also deglazed the pan that I used to brown the pork chops, with the beef bouillon and added a bay leaf while it simmered. My kids liked it much better than our saurkraut version....especially the potatoes..yummy.

Simple to prepare and taste excellent! The only thing I did differently was to use low sodium beef broth instead of the boullion and water. I can't wait to make it again. Thank you for sharing the recipe :)

This was an excellent recipe. The wonderful aroma of this dish cooking kept making my family return to the kitchen to ask me if it was almost time to eat. My whole family of 5 loved it. I didn't feel the need to make any modifications. The pork chops were really juicy and this had an overall good flavor. Not the least bit bland.

I gave this 4 stars because I didn't follow the recipe ecactly. I forgot to flour the chops and just browned them in olive oil. I also put the onions under the pork chops and sauteed them. This was a DELICIOUS recipe! Will make again and again.
