Great recipe. I modified the recipe slightly, adding garlic powder and Montreal Seasoning to the Flour mixture, and to the Parmesan mixture as well. I had no beef bouillion on hand, so I used a can of beef gravy. My husband and children loved it and commented that the potatoes and gravy would also be great paired with chicken.

I did have to adjust this recipe. I had 8 pork chops which I place on my George Foreman grill. Grilled pork chops. I cooked just enough for it to get juicy and not drain out all the fat. Seasonings that were added to the meat was salt, pepper, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, garlic salt. I chopped up one onion; browned set aside. I cut and sliced about 3 potatoes placed on the skillet and browned the sliced potatoes on each side. Once the potatoes were cooked on the skillet on each side I added garlic powder on top of the potatoes and a little bit of salt. It makes the kitchen smell so good. I call my dish Grilled Pork Chops with Potatoes and Onion. I would suggest everyone try this it is so good!!! My children love potatoes so that is why I altered this dish

The only change I made was to cut down on the bouillon as I felt 3 cubes would be way too salty.

This was a big hit. I browned and cooked in an electric skillet, and had to make two layers of browned pork chops to feed everyone. It worked great. One change: I season the flour that went on the pork chops with Emeril's seasoned salt and pepper. The meat was tender, and the potatoes and onions had a nice flavor. This is a keeper!

I prepared this recipe as it's written and I enjoyed it. The pork chops were tender and the potatoes and onions cooked perfectly. I will prepare this again. However, next time I will season the meat and veggies separately before combining all the ingredients to cook in the skillet with the broth.

This pork chop recipe was the best. Absolutely delicious the way it was, I would not change a thing. The whole family loved it and I have a few picky eaters.

A little bland for our taste. If I make this again I'll alter the recipe some.

This was delish! The pork, potatoes and onions all have a great flavor done this way. I sprinkled the pork with Prudhomme's chicken seasoning before browning and only used one bouillon cube, as I think mine (Knorr) are double strength. Did not use salt, as there is plenty in the bouillon. Used bone-in chops and cooked about and hour to make sure they were tender - and they were! Thanks for sharing.

I thought this was great, very comforting. I didn't have any lemon juice, so I used some dijon mustard instead. It still turned out great.

I made this for my family and they loved it. I used red potatoes, leaving the skins on. I sauted the onions first before adding them to the dish. I also browned the pork chops.Very easy to make and the results were great!

These are quite good! Tender and flavorful! I modified as others have and baked this at 350 for an hour. I put the layered chops and potatoes in a 13x9 glass dish and covered it with foil. After an hour, I took off the foil and cooked for 10 more minutes. Will be making again!

Extremely yummy. I took the advice of the most helpful reviewer and browned the chops in the skillet and moved everything else into a 9x13 pan covered with foil and baked. I also caramelized the onions in the skillet after I browned the pork chops. Thanks for a yummy recipe.

I'm not big on pork chops because they never seem to turn out moist. HOWEVER, this recipe is amazing, they were SO moist we could cut them with our forks. Just amazing how simple but yet delicious it was. Will be making this very often!!

This is a good, easy, tasty staple. We thought the potatoes were especially delicious (I for one, couldn't get enough!). I did cut down on the onions and used just one onion instead of two, which was still more than enough. Will make again!

Easy and delicious. I have tried this several times with pork chops and they are tender and moist everytime. Last night I tried this with boneless chicken breasts and it turned out delicious. I added a little garlic powder and parsley to the parm. cheese mixture just to add a little more flavor.
