This was pretty good. In stead of simmering, I finshed cooking in the oven for 20 min. Tender.

This was my first try at lamb chops & they were very good! I added garlic, and used fresh onion. I also added some red wine and soy, and thickened the sauce with flour. Definitely a keeper!

I absolutely love this recipe. I didn't have minced onion, so instead used fresh onions and added a little seasoned salt to the meat. I cooked for 40 minutes on really low heat and these came very tender with a nice flavor. My boyfriend wanted more. Next time I will cook 4 instead of 2. Thanks for the recipe.

I made this in an iron skillet, I think that always makes things taste better! After browning then cooking for 15 min, the lamb chops were tender. I added milk, butter, a little soy sauce, a little red wine vingrette, and then some corn starch to make a nice gravy. This makes the dish like something gourmet you'd find in a restaurant and it was very easy! My husband was all over this. He wanted more! We will make this often! Thanks for the recipe!

This was a nice & easy recipe, a subtle enhancement to a rich meat. Just right, I'll do it again per family's request.

Chops turned out tender with ok flavor, but it just seemed like something was missing.

I made these for dinner and got raves about them! I also didn't use the lemon juice as I didn't have any on hand. I doubled the rest of the ingredients for 4 chops and after browning, only cooked for 15 minutes. I will use this recipe often!

This was good. I served it with Dijon musturd and Spanish Slaw, which were both very good with this dish.

I tried this recipe out because I happened to have lamb at the time and because I had all the ingredients on hand. Lots of other lamb recipes on this site seem to call for fresh herbs, specifically rosemary and thyme, and since I didn't have those this was perfect. For the most part I followed the recipe, except I added salt, pepper, and dried oregano directly to the chops as well. I also rubbed in a 1/2 tsp of fresh minced garlic on the chops. I also browned about 1 tsp of fresh diced onion and 1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic in the oil along with the meat. The sauce I prepared as instructed. As suggested by another reviewer, I checked mine about 15 minutes in and they were already cooked to about medium. Simple, easy, and delicious. Be careful not to overuse the lemon, as it may overpower the taste of the lamb-- Which comes through nicely here in both the broth and the meat.

This was easy and flavorful. However, I like my lamb chops medium. After 30 minutes, my thick, juicy, lamb chops were overcooked. I would make this again, but start checking it after 20 minutes, not 30.

I chose this recipe because my oven stopped working and I was forced to use it. I made a change to the recipe as I didn't have any lemon. I used fresh onion and oregano. I also added 2 cloves of garlic. Other than that I followed the recipe. My family liked it. I will try this again with the lemon.
