1/4 cup margarine
1 onion, diced
2 (16 ounce) packages frozen cut green beans, thawed
1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
1 pinch paprika

Directions

Melt margarine in a skillet over medium heat; cook and stir onion until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in green beans, salt, and pepper; cook until heated through, 7 to 10 minutes. Serve with sour cream and sprinkle with paprika.

This is an easy recipe. I had never eaten green beans with sour cream, but it tasted good. I served it with Tender Italian Baked Chicken from this site.

These sounded better than they were. The sour cream got gloppy when I added it to the hot green beans and it didn't look appetizing at all. I thought the taste was okay but my husband didn't like them at all. Thanks, I had fun making a new recipe.
