very good flavor did not change anything, the family loved them. I do think they could use a little spice so next time I will add rotel instead of the green chilies.

These are fabulous! Very easy and quick to make- and a perfect solution to my uncooperative oven! We made them with whole wheat tortillas, ground turkey, and low fat cheddar. I also used soy milk because it was all I had. Will definitely be making these again, as I am told by my boyfriend:).

My husband and I both love enchiladas, and without an oven I thought they would be impossible to make.. but with this recipe that changed! I added re-fried beans, and a little of the sauce to the inside of the enchiladas, and they came out more delicious than the ones I usually make! The cream of mushroom soup added a nice creamy flavor! We love this recipe, and if you like enchiladas, I'm sure you will as well!

This is very good. Can't complain! I added jalapenos because I didn't have any green chilies on hand. Added a little kick and it was very tasty!

OMG, These were GREAT!! My husband is a HUGE Mexican food eater. He told me this was the BEST dinner I have EVER cooked. We are married for 18yrs, go figure. I was nervous about adding the cream of mushroom soup, but it proved me wrong. so tasty, you don't need to add anything. Thank you so much for the GREAT recipe!!!!!
