My husband and I both love enchiladas, and without an oven I thought they would be impossible to make.. but with this recipe that changed! I added re-fried beans, and a little of the sauce to the inside of the enchiladas, and they came out more delicious than the ones I usually make! The cream of mushroom soup added a nice creamy flavor! We love this recipe, and if you like enchiladas, I'm sure you will as well!
