thick-cut bacon, sliced into 1/4-inch strips, or more to taste
Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved, or more to taste
garlic, thinly sliced, or more to taste
chicken stock, or more as needed
butter, or to taste
balsamic vinegar, or more to taste
salt and ground black pepper to taste
I skipped the butter and vinegar and added a bit of brown sugar. Instead of doing these on the stove I put them in the oven. Turned out pretty good
You either like/love B Spouts or you don't. I am a Huge fan! I sautéed them with sliced onions and finished with balsamic vinegar glaze. OMGosh! Great recipe Kyle!! HAPPY THANKSGIVING:)
My husband doesn't like brussel sprouts but he absoultely loved these.
Easy and so tasty. Left out the balsamic cuz I didn't have any but still yummy!
I used pancetta vs bacon limited to 1/2 a slice less than a 1/4 " thick. It was delicious
A hearty but delicious side dish.
Thought this was a great easy recipe and the balsamic vinaigrette really makes the flavors pop! Maybe add some chili flakes for some kick next time.
We really liked this haven't had them for years; the only thing I did different was to add just a little chilli flake for some heat. we will be making these again and again! Thank you for the recipe.
