This was a good recipe, my husband really liked it as well as my 14 month old daughter! I didnt realize I had no Worshishire sauce so I left it out but still came out very yummy. Will definitely make again!

Hubby said he liked it, so it's a keeper! I did not have elbow pasta, but penne pasta was a good substitute. I just simmered 10 minutes longer and added 1/2 cup of extra water. I don't care for green peppers, so I substituted a can of green chiles and a can of fire roasted diced tomatoes...very yummy! It could have used a bit more spice, so next time I will probably add some paprika or another tangy spice.

Yummie.... great substitute for Hamburger Helper.. and much better without all the salt. Very easy with plenty of room to be creative.

Much better than Hamburger Helper. I did add some celery, zuchini, and diced tomatoes so it needed more Worchestershire Sauce. I also added some garlic and a touch of paprika.

I recently had to start eating gluten-free, and DH was craving Hamburger Helper. Don't ask me why, LOL. Anyway,I tried using gluten-free pasta, and it fit the bill, but tasted so much better than Hamburger Helper. . Both of us really enjoyed it. It was so easy, I don't know why anyone would do HH over this. I did add some mozerrella cheese to make it more like HH's pizza mac, but I tasted it beforehand, and it really didn't need it. It is very good as written. This is definitely going to be part of the rotation.

This was "okay". Flavor was not as intense as I expected. If I make again, I'd double hamburger meat and add chili powder.

I really liked this reciped but there are a few things I would do different. I would boil the noodles before adding them to the mix and I would add an extra can of tomato sauce or water. It was a little dry I believe due to the fact the reciped calls for the macaroni to just be added to the skillet not precooked. It was just a simple goulosh which I thought was good.

My former mother-in-law gave me this recipe more than 20 years ago and it was a staple for years until I lost the card. It's great to find it again. I always added either fresh garlic with the chopped onion, or alternatively garlic powder, but otherwise, this is pretty much the same recipe. Thanks for helping me find an old favorite.

This is exactly the way my Grandmother AND Mother always made what we called Goulash. We loved it then and still love it now. I add a little garlic powder because I do that in just about everything! Easy, Tasty, Cheap and Filling! Thanks for sharing a great recipe!

I liked the recipe when it was done... I didn't have green pepper so I added red pepper instead (sweeter taste). All I can say is cook the noddles in a seperate pot when you are cooking the meat and then add in to the mixture once the noodles are cooked. Simmer to let flavours mix and serve. I also doubled the amount of noodles.
