We really liked these and will make them again. The potatoes I had on hand were too big, so I quartered them and just laid them on the grill when the time came. A bit oily, but delicious.

Good recipe, but a little tasteless as all the marinade fell off... will try again with aluminum foil.

This recipe is easy to make and pretty good, but could be improved by adding more flavour. Next time, I will add dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and fresh garlic to the marinade. I used fresh rosemary (2 tbsp), and would recommend that, if you can. Make sure your potatoes are cut in similar sized pieces for even cooking. Thanks!

WOW! These were yum! I didn't have mayo (I know, there's a first time for everything, lol) so I used some light honey mustard dressing. It was perfect! I also used fresh rosemary cause I had it and I think it makes a huge difference! Great recipe!
