Nixe finishing touch for a grilled sirloin. Yes it's extra fat, but if I'm going to buy a good sirloin, I'm not going to worry about that! Really enjoyed it and my guests raved about my steaks.

I "grilled" new york strip steaks in the broiler, they turned out great! Excellent recipe for a beginner.

quick, easy and turned out great! I'm not giving it 5 stars because it's high in fat....but def. worth it. I chopped it up and threw it in a salad to make it healthier.

this was wll liked. I made it into a marinade by subsituting veggie oil for the butter and just doing it on the grill after marinating in the garlic oil. I was kinda afraid of using THIS much garlic....but it was fine in the end.
