OMG - YUMMY!!!!!!!!!! I took round steak - the cheap stuff...added minced garlic from a jar, butter and mesquite seasoning, wrapped in foil and cooked in the oven. Nothing was left. I WILL make it again....and again.......and again.......

This just didn't do it for us as the butter was just overwhelming. Sorry.

Extremely tasty! I wasn't a huge fan of brushing melted butter all over the steaks, but they were definitely worth it! I loved the garlic flavor. We had to use an indoor grill because it was snowing outside, but I'm sure they would taste even better on an outdoor grill.

Very good! This gave our cheap steak great flavor. I broiled our steaks on HI in the oven and was really concerned about them drying out, which I tend to do. This garlic butter gave them great taste and made them nice and juicy. I will use this recipe quite often when I grill/broil steaks. Thanks!

I thought this was fabulous. My whole family ate it. Even my picky 7 year old. I might cut down on the butter next time but not much. It was SOOOO good.

I use this recipe alot. I baste my sirlion steaks on the grill. The meat stays moist and the taste is excellent. I will continue to use this recipe over and over.. To add a little more flavor I grill my onions and peppers with the butter mixture in aluminum foil and put on top of steak when finished.

This is amazing and so easy! You can adjust the amount of garlic to suite your taste. It made "ok" steaks wonderful!

Nice flavor, fairly tender and super simple. I was looking for something not too complicated for steak since for some reason I always overcook it and it turns out dry and tough. Since I don't have a grill I just used my broiler. I cooked them a little longer because we don't care for much red in our meat but I managed to not overcook! I'm making it again tonight!

Fantastic! Used less butter and pan fried it, don't have a grill. I also sprinkled Montreal Steak Seasoning by McCormick on it before frying. Yum!!

Very, very tastey. I was only doing 2 small steaks so I cut the recipe in half and added mushrooms to the mix. It was very tastey. Thanks for the recipe, Solana. Oh, I used it on rib eyes.
