Ummm... okay. For me, the flavor was just ok. I basted it with the garlic butter while grilling and then did a final brushing of it when it was done. Tender, juicy... no real "flavor", though. My husband LOVED it because he prefers his meat "natural", without marinades or too much seasoning, so the taste was exactly what he was looking for. If you're a "Traditional" steak eater, this is the way to go!
