I tried this and it was wonderful, and I use the marinade not just with the steaks, i also use it with chicken and even pork!

We really enjoyed this, even my hubby who usually only likes his steaks with grill seasoning and worcestershire sauce. Great flavor and a nice change, thanks for the recipe Solana!

This one was worth the calories-delicious! It was too cold out to grill, so I broiled these steaks. YUM!

I really liked the flavor. It wasn't "too" much. I thought it was great. I also sprinkled garlic powder on before I grilled. I only used 1/4C butter and just eyed the garlic. We really liked it a bunch. Thanks for the keeper!!

Was NOT impressed! I wonder what restaurants some of the others have eaten at to say that this recipe is "as great as" because it was nothing but buttery steak and garlic....? No where near enough flavor for me. Was toooo boring.

Yummo! Didn't think I would like the butter on my steak. But I love it. I am a big garlic fan, so I thought this recipe was great.

I thought this turned out great. I did omit the fresh garlic and heated butter, garlic powder, onion powder mixed with a little steak seasoning in microwave, then poured over steak when it was done. Turned out very good and very fattening. Thanks for the post.

I am not a red meat fan (except for ground beef). Given that, I think I am biased. I was expecting a "melt in your mouth" flavor, but didn't experience that at all. In my opinion, the steaks were not seasoned well enough (kinda bland). I don't think I'll make these again, but will definitely prepare the garlic butter mixture to pour on fresh steamed broccoli. Thanks.

Here is what I do I take garlic clove mince them then add salt on them and run knife over them back and forth until paste is formed then and to butter(not melted)I throw in chopped fresh parsley and refrigorate. I add a pat or scoop to hot steaks and butter melts as it rests. Nice presentation YUM
