SORRY, WE DID NOT LIKE IT- I HAD TROUBLE GETTING MY BISCUITS DONE- THEY WERE COOKED ON THE TOP- NOT AT ALL ON THE BOTTOM- HAD TO COOK FOR LONGER- GREAT IN CONCEPT, BUT JUST DIDN'T DO IT FOR US!! MAYBE YOU'LL HAVE BETTER LUCK-

This was pretty good. My husband and kids both liked it alot. I couldn't find Simply Potatoes so I used frozen waffle fries (probably not the best idea, but it was all I had). If I cook this again, I will either search really hard for Simply Potatoes or skip the first step of recipe and assemble the entire casserole at once. I think my frozen waffle fries turned to mush because they cooked too long.

Delicious recipe! My husband and I decided to make this with our leftover homemade chili. The taste was great, the flavor was enhanced with the hotdogs. My only suggestion is that the consistency wasn't as I had hoped. It kind of fell apart even after letting it rest for a bit. Perhaps next time I would put more potatoes on the bottom or add an extra layer to help keep it together.
