This recipe is simple and tasty. I used Italian seasoned bread crumbs. Prep time is only about 5 mins once you have done this a few times.

i thought it was pretty good. my husband loved it. it was super easy to make. i used shredded parmesan instead of grated, because that's what i had. next time i will use grated instead, i think it would give it a better crunch. as other reviewers suggested i added some mozzerela at the end, which mixed with the breadcrumbs and parmesan really well. i laid it over spaghetti and sauce.

Simply simple and zesty with rotel tomatoes, tomato sauce and more parmesan cheese. Thanks for the hook up.

This is an excellent recipe! The chicken came out juicy and delicious. I sprinkled my chicken pieces with a little salt before breading and baking. This was fantastic even without any sauce or cheese toppings. This was as tasty as the fried method. I served this with garlic/parmesan pasta on the side. We all loved this dish. Thanks, this is a new favorite here!

Very simple to make. I use boneless chicken tender and add addtional seasoning. Comes out well seasoned and great crisy texture. These are better than the frozen breaded chicken that you buy in the store.

I give this recipe 5-stars based on how yummy it is without any modifications AND how versatile it is. This is a regular staple when I want dinner in a hurry because I always have the ingredients in the pantry. I've switched over to using olive oil instead of the egg though. Just drizzle the oil over the chicken and saves the extra step!

It was very good. I added sauce and Motz. cheese about 5 minutes before I took it out of the oven. Next time I'll just use the Italian bread crumbs instead of mixing everything up.

This was wonderful, the whole "picky" family ate it all up! I did modify by adding italian dressing to the egg mixture and used garlic/italian bread crumbs, like another reviewer suggested, and this was great. Served with green beans and red potatoes and there was none left. Thank you for sharing!

I purchased thinly sliced chicken breasts, then did the breading and fried them in a pan with just a little bit of butter. Then I kept them warm at 200 degrees in the oven until it was time to serve. They were a hit!

Not only was this recipe super easy and quick but my hubby even told me I could make it again and he's not a fan of chicken breasts (unless doused in lots of BBQ sauce). I made the recipe as written. I can only imagine if you take the other suggestions of spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese that it would be even tastier. A+++++

I tried this recipe for the first time, and my whole family loved it, they said it was the best chicken I have ever made. Thanks so much for this recipe I will definitely be using it again in the future. I did change it up a little bit though, I added seasonings to the breading before I put it on the chicken, it was definitely a hit at my house.

This is a new favorite at our house. It was super easy and delicious. I prefer dark meat, so I used bone in chicken thighs and increased the baking time to 45 minutes. I also sprinkled on some of the leftover breadcrumb mixture and covered the baking dish for the first 30 minutes to sort of steam the coating. It was wonderful!

Good, simple recipe. I use a similar recipe for making baked parmesan chicken, although soak the chicken in italian dressing instead of egg. I liked the way it turned out with the egg better. We used this chicken to have in caesar salad and it worked nicely. I will use this recipe again.

This was just ok for me. I think the Italien seasoning overpowers it. I served with spag sauce and mozz.prov mix melted on top.

I followed this recipe exactly (pounded the chicken to even it out), and while it did turn out very moist, the flavor was somewhat lacking. I might make it again, but would definitely tweak it to give it additional flavor.

GOOD..but I made some revisions. I added about a teaspoon of garlic powder, half a teaspoon of onion powder, a dash of cayenne, some smoked and regular paprika, a good amount of thyme and some dried chives! Lots of flavour and no need to add salt as the parm already contains enough! Thanks for the recipe. Oh, and instead of egg wash, I brushed each breast with about half a tablespoon of peppercorn ranch dressing before coating.
