Nothing could be easier! I used pre-packaged Italian style bread crumbs instead of the italian seasoning. Fast, easy and delicious.

It cooked for longer, but the coating is good. What will make or break this chicken is the side served with it. Just on its own, it is too dry.

Simple, easy, delicious. I made a tomato sauce and noodles to go with it afterward.

This is a simple great recipe. 2 things I added make a big difference: I add about 1 tsp of lemon juice to the egg, and I sprinkle Adobo to the bread crumb/cheese mixture. The taste is so great!!

My boyfriend gives this 10 stars! I added more seasoning (thyme, basil, rosemary, more Italian seasoning, etc.) and added mozz cheese to the top w/ 5 min left to bake. Delicious recipe!

My husband and I LOVED this recipe, and it was so easy. The next time I make it, I'll pound the chicken flat first because we loved the breading so much. Thanks for sharing, this is going in to our regular rotation.

This chicken is great on spaghetti and as a low-fat option, if you use low-fat parmesan cheese!

This is a great quick week night dinner. I used italian bread crumbs, omitted the seasoning, and topped with pasta sauce and shredded mozarella.

This chicken is a keeper. It is moist and tasty. I did however, add dash and extra garlic powder to my bread crumbs. I used fresh parmesan cheese and not the canned cheese. It is now a favorite and will make it again. My family loved it and I have two very good cooks to impress.

This recipe for chicken was very easy and tasty. My 4 year old whom I can never seem to please asked for thirds! I thought the flavor was nice but it wasnt a strong flavor. The chicken was so moist and tender, just how we like it. I will definately make again.

Very good! Will make again. I added onion powder and garlic powder and a little less italian seasoning. Next time I will use more parmesan and add a little salt. Very easy!

This was a big hit in my home. I added bread dip seasoning to the Bread Crumb mixture. I also drained a can of Diced Tomatoes then spread the Tomatoes onto the Breaded Chiken along with Broccoli florets then sprinkled shredded Mozzerella and Feta cheese and baked for about 30 min. This was AMAZING! The left overs were great as well. The next day I put some fresh basil leaves in the food processor with extra Virgin Olive Oil and blended it together and spread that onto store bought pizza dough (Pilsbury). I cut the chicken into little squares and spread it onto the dough along with a little bit of frozen spinach and baked until the dough was a nice toasted color about 20-25 min. I must say it made for the best Chicken pizza I have ever had!

My kids were crazy about this recipe! When the chicken was done, I did add a slice of Provolone cheese and a spoonful of spaghetti sauce to the top of each piece and put it back in the oven for a few minutes.

This was a fantastic meal! My 3.5 year old gobbled them up. I cut the breasts into strips to make them bake faster (15-20 minutes). I added some marinara sauce over the top and served with pasta. Perfect and quick!

I was looking forward to trying this, because chicken Parmesan is my favorite dish. But I couldn't really taste the Parmesan in this chicken coating. Good in concept, but I will stick to plain bread crumbs next time.

this is very much like the recipe i have been making forever. i also add add'l seasonings to my breadcrumbs and the egg (like salt/pepper/garlic powder) and i have found that if i have extra time i will pound the breasts to about 1/2" thick as it makes them super tender, you just need to adjust your cooking time accordingly!
