Simply Delicious Meat Loaf and Gravy

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 cup Italian-seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup
  • 1/4 cup water

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix thoroughly beef, bread crumbs and egg. Shape firmly into 8x4-inch loaf in baking pan.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Spread 1/2 can soup over top of meat loaf. Bake 30 minutes or until done.
  3. Mix 2 tablespoons drippings, remaining soup and water in saucepan. Heat through and serve with meat loaf.
