Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach leaves
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 tablespoon crumbled feta cheese
  • cracked black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Place the spinach on a plate or in a bowl. Sprinkle the red pepper and feta cheese over it. Season with cracked black pepper, and enjoy this healthy meal!
