This is a nice version of the popular Italian pick-me-up dessert. The toffee candy in this recipe adds a delightful crunchiness to the smooth creamy whipped cream quality of an already perfect dessert.

This rich pudding-like dessert is made with ladyfingers dipped in strong coffee which are layered with mascarpone cheese mixed with eggs and rum. The finished product is dusted with cocoa powdered and chilled for several hours.
