Outstanding recipe! I used a 10oz bag of frozen baby spinach, a 28oz can of spaghetti sauce, and added 1 pound of ground venison that I had in my freezer to the sauteeing onions before adding the frozen spinach. For the 1.5 cups of water I used half water and half red wine. I was skeptical about the fat-free cottage cheese, but it came out delicious, very cheesy and not too heavy.
This was phenomenal. My husband said that I normally impress him with my cooking, but this recipe was really something special! We both ate huge helpings!
