beef chuck roast, trimmed
dark brown sugar
jalapeno pepper, diced
1 (1 inch) piece
fresh ginger root, peeled and grated
seasoned rice vinegar
salt and ground black pepper to taste
One of the few recipes guaranteed to satisfy all four kids.
This is always a favorite. I omit the pepper because my kids won't eat spicy and it still tastes great.
