Some of you that said that these pancakes are rubbery and flat but they aren't!!! I'm ten and I made these without any adult help whatsoever and mine came out perfect and even better that on the picture. Just don't add any margarine or butter, only oil and cook on a medium high for about three minutes and then cook on medium for the rest of the time. I added poppy seeds because they make this recipe a little more healthy.
In all these pancakes were absolutely great and very delicious! I also followed the amount of salt that the recipe said to add.
