This was very good and very simple.A quick and easy way to prepare scallops that doesn't take a lot of time or ingredients.

I substituted a spring of fresh Dill in stead of the Tarragon(I'm allergicto Tarragon) and it was delicious! Very easy to prepare for any first time cooks.
