Pretty good considering how easy it is to make. To make it even easier (and I think tastier), I just heated up vegetarian chicken broth instead of using the bouillon cubes. I'd like to add some garlic next time I make this. Thank you for sharing this recipe!

Very good recipe! Always looking for something to add a little pizazz to rice and this worked like a charm. Didn't have instant rice so I used regular rice instead. I just followed the cooking directions on the box of rice and added the cooked onions, bouillon cubes and spices. It was a delicious side dish and will definitely be making again. Thanks.

Very, very delicious. My boyfriend especially went crazy over it. I'm someone who doesn't like a lot of onion and often leaves it out or subs onion powder, but I think using the chopped onions in the butter is a must for this recipe. They soften beautifully and give an added texture to the dish, and as the other ingredients arn't fresh the onions keep it from tasting too "processed". For company I may use 2c boiling chicken broth or stock again to cut the processed flavor, but then I also use really cheapo bouillon cubes. No changes are needed for a standout rice dish, and using instant at that: I wish I had come across this sooner. Thanks so much for sharing!

Super easy and delicious!! I used whole wheat couscous instead of rice (the ratio of water to couscous is still 1:1) and added 1/2 tbs. Italian seasonings and served it with broiled tilapia. Will make again!

This is a very good basic recipe. I substituted 1 TBS fresh chopped rosemary for the parsley flakes. Very fragrant and delicious!

This recipe was very good and very easy to make. My only changes were to use fresh sage and parsley and omit the celery salt only because I forgot about it. I also added a handful of shredded parmesan cheese before serving. My whole family loved it. I will definitely make again.

I followed the recipe as it was and this turned out rather blah. Not sure what I did wrong.

This was really delicious and went perfectly with a baked chicken. I did use whole grain rice and put everything in the rice cooker. It worked out fine!

I was looking for a quick rice recipe and found this one. It tastes very similar to Uncle Ben's but a little more fresh. My husband and I gobbled it up! I'll make this again!
